Where a feature allows you to control whether your location is visible to other users, we will respect those settings.

misuse member information;

Where required by law, Community Owners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent and providing members with information about how their data will be used.
Community Owners may connect their own Stripe accounts to receive membership payments.
When a Community Member pays a Community Owner, payment information is processed by Stripe or another applicable payment provider.
relate.click does not need to store your complete payment card details to provide these payment features.
Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
Community Owners are responsible for their own Stripe accounts and the transactions they conduct with their members.
relate.click may receive limited transaction information where necessary to operate platform features, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers or amounts.
Community Owners may separately pay relate.click for use of the relate.click platform.
Payment information for these transactions may also be processed by a third-party payment provider.
We may retain transaction records where necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information where reasonably necessary with:
Community Owners whose communities you join;
technology and hosting providers;
payment processors;
analytics providers;
email and communication providers;
security and fraud-prevention providers;
professional advisers;
regulators or authorities where legally required; and
another organisation in connection with a legitimate sale, merger, restructuring or acquisition of the relate.click business.
Service providers should only receive information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Community Owners who operate communities involving children or young people are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate safeguards, permissions and procedures required by law.

provide the platform;
maintain your account;
meet our legal obligations;
maintain necessary financial records;
